Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Hardware

  Place the PC or components back in their original protective foam and double-box packaging to prevent any physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Build Redux

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the system's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
