How long does it take to assemble and ship my custom PC?
Each Build Redux system is hand-assembled by expert technicians. Typically, orders are processed, built, and tested within 7 to 10 business days before being shipped via your selected carrier.
What kind of warranty comes with my Build Redux system?
Every PC comes with a standard 2-year parts and labor warranty. This covers any defects in hardware and ensures you have access to our technical support team for troubleshooting.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international regions in the near future.
Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?
Yes! We use industry-standard components, meaning your PC is fully upgradeable. Opening the case to add storage or RAM does not void your warranty, provided no damage is caused during the process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for systems in their original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
